Nor or very little batonnage is practised at our winery, as protection against oxidation occurs naturally on its own with approximately 5cm of lees in each barrel. TASTING NOTES Tiramisu -coffee, cream and cocoa notes. Bold, with a well structured rounded mouthfeel along with a long-lasting finish. DENOMINACIÓN DE ORIGEN: CIGALES La vendimia se realizó a principios de octubre, sometiéndola a un suave estrujado y despalillado. Fermentó a una temperatura controlada. A continuación se realizó la fermentación maloláctica. Posteriormente se clarificó, estabilizó y embotelló.
